We start with a short phone call to help us better understand project and timeline. We follow up with a detailed questionnaire, where we learn more about your project goals.

If you’re in or around Fairfield County, Connecticut, we spend several hours on site with you to take measurements and initial photos. If we are designing for you virtually, we will ask you to send photos and measurements to us so that we can put together a comprehensive Scope of Work and project agreement.

Now comes the fun! We host a Design Style Session, where we get to know your personal style, what you love, and what you can’t stand. Then we pull together samples for your initial feedback, and get to work on the design itself! Once it’s complete, we walk you through the design and complete any necessary revisions based on your input.

Once you have approved your design, it’s time to place those orders! We help manage this process for you to make it stress-free. No more waiting on hold with customer service or wondering when your order will arrive! We work with our trade partners to ensure a smooth ordering and delivery process, and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

For our full service clients, we pull out all the stops for that HGTV moment. All you need to do is walk in for the Big Reveal!

For our virtual clients, we will walk you through the placement of each of the pieces we have ordered so that you can achieve that perfect look yourself. If desired, we can also arrange for an interior stylist to work with you in person.

If you don’t have Before and After photos once your project is complete, does it even count? We wrap up our full-service projects with a professional photo shoot. Post them on Instagram, or tuck them away in your desk so that you can remind yourself of how things looked before the kids (or the dog) made themselves at home.
